Kato Davits & Motor Lift

	Click images	Kato Davits, Island Model. These davits I originally bought for our IP27 that we sailed for 10 years on the Bay. We bought the Island Model with the plan of moving them to the next IP. Here they are on the IP35.
		Motor mount and engine lift.  The motor mount I made out of 2 layers of marine plywood and painted with exterior paint. The lift is a piece of 1" SS tubing bent using a tubing bender. The end fitting is a standard bimini fitting. The tubing is mounted to the vertical rise of the stern pulpit using 1" U bolts top and bottom. The unit is fixed and positioned with the tip 1 motor width beyond the stern rail. 4 to 1 Harken micro blocks are used for lifting.
